Neighborly

A Wrestling Fight is between wrestlers IN A NEIGHBORHOOD.  Audience must respect the neighborhood aspect and enable all of the neighborhood to watch the wrestling fully.  They must not hinder the watching and enjoyment of others except that they too much watch the fighting.

Concentration

Wrestlers in a Fight are in deep concentration.  This must be supported by the Audience in concentrating without interference or noise while they fight.

No Limits

Wrestlers must have space and time to wrestle.  Audience must move aside and clear any obstacles with regards to space and time.  Except of course time limits and fight area limits that are agreed upon before the wrestling begins.

Officials

They must also respect that ONLY the neighborhood wrestling Jurors, Panel and Recorder can start, end or make rulings on the wrestling.  Points awarded are also strictly at the discretion of the Scorer, Juror and Recorder. The audience CANNOT take over the powers of the officials.

Wrestling Captain

The ultimate authority regarding all wrestling is the Neighborhood Wrestling Captain or the representative from the Captain’s Office.  The Wrestling Captain alone or his office under him only may appoint the Jurors, Panel, Recorder, (these three categories can take decisions) Scorer, Timekeeper and Announcer (these three categories take down results according to the Rules & Practices).

Register of Audience

Any one at the fight area must register as Audience or be a passer-by and move on quickly.

i.              Registration is by signalling or indicating presence to one of the persons at the Post. 

ii.            It is the responsibility of each member of the audience to register as audience for each fight watched

iii.           Give the time of start and end of being audience.

iv.           Submit when leaving or at the end of a bout, within 10 minutes of its end, a comment on the wrestling using any means with the Wrestling Captain’s office or Post.

Media

Wrestling is carried on the HB TV and linked TV systems.  There are screens in public areas, neighborhood areas and stores, pool, mall, school rec areas etc which show GMTV Ongoing Wrestling in venues other than the main one at the time, mainly the small venues, and also times points etc.

Post

The Life Guard Post or Wrestling Post for any wrestling must be clearly seen at the venue of the fight.  Wrestling Officials are based here.  Wrestling Attire or Juror Attire is required at the Post.

Objective

Wrestling is a fight between two guys who want to each show that he/ she is superior in WRESTLING to the other to or in front of an audience.  Wrestling must go on till Wrestling Superiority is achieved by one of the Wrestlers, in terms of these Rules, or the fight abandoned or stopped by the Audience for a reason within the Rules. The guys, wrestlers, and audience, Neighbors in these Rules, must accept this. 

Wrestling is for one guy to show that he is Superior to another guy to or before some others.  We refine this further into several layers of Wrestling Fights.

SHOW NEIGHBORS riding, rolling and keeping under control in fall position constitutes Superiority.  Keep fighting and Public Rolls and Rides until this is conceded.

1 10 Leisure Dominance

Victory Roll

Wrestling for Dominance only also called Victory Riding.

Wrestlers must have one having won a fight over the other earlier or conceding Superiority so that the Riding Upper Wrestler can be chosen. 

Wrestler on top takes a position on top of control as allowed by the Recorder, usually a lags scissor in grapevine position and upper body hug or dominance and eyes lock.

Fight:

1.     Wrestler on top rides with the object of rolling the under wrestler

2.    Wrestler under tries to escape or achieve a reversal when rolling.

3.    The wrestling is ended

a)    If a wrestler is in upper position for 10 minutes after a roll without achieving another roll.

b)    If a wrestler escapes, that is gets out from under without a reapplication of the roll/ride position within 1 minute of escape either wrestler on top.

4     A roll is counted when the wrestler on top rolls the other one full roll at least and there is a riding position held before the next roll.  Continuous rolling counts as a single roll. Usually the recorder looks for at least a count of 20 between rolls.

5     Points time is

    A). 10 times the number of rolls by the wrestler, PLUS

    B). the number of seconds in total of the time in rolls under wrestler’s control plus up to 3 minutes of wrestling time after the end of a roll and the start of the next roll divided by 50.

    C). Upon escape, the escaping wrestler is awarded 10 points.

6     The fight is limited by time given for the leisure wrestling which is usually 15, 30 minutes or 60 minutes only.  If wrestling ends within that time, if there is more than 5r minutes remaining the wrestlers will wrestle again this time with the other wrestler on top. The points achieved are counted as part of maintenance of Superiority.

Hans victory rolled Dwayne on the Mall Café mats for just under an hour, when Dwayne escaped ending the rolling session.  Hans rolled Dwayne 10 times in dominance.  Points scored were   Hans (10x10) + (300x10)/50 = 100 + 60 = 160. And Dwayne 10.

Points translate to riding time that the loser has to give to the winner.

1 0 Leisure Wrestling

Humiliations

Humiliations are a standard part of neighborhood wrestling. When a wrestler has won a Date and is declared Dating Partner with the girl he is wrestling one particular wrestler over or Superiority 3 Set or more and is declared Superior, he is required to wrestle in leisure neighborhood times at least 2 victory rolls and 2 humiliations per week.  The advantage wrestler can choose any start with eye lock and legs straddle over the other.  It must be a regular hold. Legs scissor as a start is common. The under wrestler must take in the humiliation start and then wrestle to escape or reverse.

Limits/ objects are as follows:

1.    Time limit of 15,30 or 60 minutes.

2.    The wrestler in advantage must wrestle to have the other in a humiliation, that is face on groin, face between thighs, groin on groin with faces touching, or the like.

3.    The amount of time in humiliation is the object.  Points scored are at x1 for first 5 minutes of a hold and rises at doubling after every 7 minutes that the same position is held without a significant break.

4.    Face on groin and groin on groin with lips touching at faces provide a doubling of base points.

5.    Escape or reversal gives the under wrestler 10 points.

6.    The time limit must be wrestled out by the wrestler pair with one in advantage position depending on start or wrestled advantage position.

Points in a Humiliation translate to public loving actions between the winner and Girl involved.

1 0 Leisure Wrestling  Riding

When a Ride Wrestle is permitted it must be for a prescribed minimum per ride.  This can be 5, 10 or 15 minutes.

At the start the upper wrestler is the dominant wrestler from previous 3 set or date fight in beach.   The upper wrestler takes a legs straddle with eye lock and groin to groin position.

Wrestling ends if the upper wrestler loses to an escape or reversal or he voluntarily ends or the Panel ends it.

If the end is within the prescribed minimum time, it is disregarded and another attempt for a ride is made.

The upper wrestler must allow a second start with himself under after the end of the first, whatever the outcome.  The Panel may prescribe a third start if there is no clear winner.

Wrestlers who fight a dominance fight, roll or humiliation session may ask for a riding session from the Board or Panel of their fight.

1 1A Basic Wrestling Superiority

Superiority generally is being astride and riding another. 

For Fight ending Superiority; a Wrestler must be

A.    Astride the other with loser between his legs

B.   Be facing the loser wrestler with or without eye contact but ending with eye stare before the Submission is complete

C.   The losing wrestler must concede, yield or be passive under the other

D.   The Audience, prompted by its leader/ recorder or juror, must accept the Superiority of the Wrestler and agree to ending the wrestling bout.

1 1A1 Status after the Fight

Public - Holding other wrestler astride under in ride or girl between thighs.

Family – Allowed entry

Adults- Groin to face and other headscissors.

A neighborhood fight establishes the relationship between two wrestlers and between a wrestler and a girl in the Neighborhood. This can be shown whenever they meet amongst neighbors.
