JOIN US - We Welcome all Levels of Wrestlers:  Novice to Champs.  We also welcome audience and those who wish to invite wrestlers to wrestle in their events or premises.

You join a Wrestling Club.

As internet members,
1.  You will be able to meet with only those persons you wish to meet. 

2.  You will also be able to speak with or correspond with those persons you wish to from our members. 

Every meeting is through the Club and is for and about WRESTLING.

You will wrestle equals and by wrestling progress to be able to wrestle with everyone, location permitting. All joining are expected to participate physically in Wrestling or Judging or Watching Wrestling.

You really must try to, at some time, wrestle every other club member.

Volunteers

PROMOTE FIGHTS

                   ORGANIZE WRESTLING MATCHES

AND

HELP WRESTLERS

Volunteers choose their Wrestlers, who must accept/ endorse them.

 

The Volunteer puts in dedication and wholehearted desire to develop the timing, tempo and pace of Wrestlers’ Fights. They want Wrestlers who will wrestle a lot.

 

Wrestlers accept Volunteers to help them Wrestle well by guiding them to the best wrestlers to fight.  Wrestlers are encouraged to wrestle and fight to a Win by their Volunteers. So Wrestlers want Volunteers who steer them to lots of Fights.

 

HWC works with dedicated Wrestlers who are often economically poor.

So Wrestling Volunteers need to be able to 

Have Empathy with the Wrestlers

Be caring with Wrestlers giving them the Love and Encouragement they want and usually do not have.

 

Volunteers start as “Campus Volunteers”.  They deal with a few Wrestlers each.

The next level is as “Volunteer Managers”.  They have a few Campus Volunteers to advise, help and co-ordinate. They are expected to be close to all of the Wrestlers.

The final level is “Wrestling Manager”.  It is expected that many Wrestling Managers will be women. They will have several Volunteer Managers whom they co-ordinate.  They too are expected to be in close relation to the wrestlers involved.

 

All Volunteers will work directly under the direction of Dr Dwayne Kramer who originated the concept of Neighborhood Wrestling for HB Beach Wrestling.  Dwayne is a dedicated teacher.  His primary concern is that HWC constantly increases actual Wrestling Fight Time per Week of its member Wrestlers.
